We install and configure remote download equipment in trucks and commercial vehicles with a suitable digital tachograph. The installation is agreed around the vehicle, tachograph and the system where you want to receive the files.

From connection to download checks.
We check the equipment and connections needed in advance. After installation, we configure the connection and test the agreed download functions once the necessary access and authorisation are available.
Vehicle and tachograph
The make, model and version of the digital tachograph determine which remote download solution is possible. We check the combination of vehicle, tachograph and equipment beforehand.
Connection and access
Your chosen system must support the equipment. The required account access, data connection and company card authorisation must be available for download checks.
Receiving files
We check the agreed transfer of tachograph and driver card data to your chosen system. The functions we can test depend on the available access and equipment.

Download checks and handover
We record which download functions have been checked and whether any access is still missing. For multiple vehicles, we keep the relevant device and installation details for each vehicle.
At your premises.
We arrange an appointment at your premises in the Netherlands. For multiple vehicles, we agree the order of work and vehicle availability in advance. Projects elsewhere in Europe are possible by arrangement.
The cost depends on the vehicle, equipment, required functions and location. You receive a quotation for the agreed work in advance. We also agree the expected duration, materials and workspace beforehand.
What to include.
Include the vehicle make, model and year, the tachograph make and model, and your download or fleet management system. Also provide the number of vehicles and installation location.

Does this work with every digital tachograph?
No. Remote downloading must be supported by the tachograph, equipment and chosen system. Send the make and model details so we can check the options beforehand.
Are a subscription and company card hosting included?
This service covers hardware installation, configuration and agreed tests. A download subscription, company card hosting, data archiving and compliance monitoring are not included. Arrange the necessary services and access with your system provider.
Can you install the equipment in several trucks?
Yes. We agree equipment, connections and system access beforehand. You receive a quotation for the agreed work; we plan the schedule and expected duration using the vehicle list and availability.
